I mentioned that I had loose steering to my dealership this weekend when I was getting an oil change and they took it out and got an alignment done...it was insanely sloppy on the numbers. Took it out last night and it was a noticable difference. I am very happy with the way it feels now.

There is at least one vendor on this forum that should look at that as an example of customer service...escpially ones Engineering their own stuff. During the 5 months it took me to get one product, not only did the price change, but then they offered free shipping...which would have saved me...
I have had the Upper Decker, Odero tri fold, and now have the Armis Hard rolling tonneau...the Armis is my favorite. Everything feels secure in the bed, it was a relatively quick install if you can figure out their janky directions, and when I haul bigger items, I can still use the rear windows...
That's excellent, and I have heard the same from a couple of people. For me it wasn't that way and in no way did they try to rectify it. I think they build great stuff and they always look great. Unfortunatley the customer service, shipping, and communication is some of the worst I have ever...
I like the look of it...I just can't bring myself to order anything from ACE again. I even sold my Upper Decker and RTT mounts before installing them because of how poorly things went with them.
