I hate finding threads like this when googling something and all you see is a bunch of links directing you elsewhere instead of simply answering the question.
OP, nice Jeep, welcome to the forum!

Any hard coating is generally a bad idea for the underside of your Jeep. Once it gets chipped/cracked, water works its way under the coating, rusting away at everything without you seeing it.
A better solution is an oil based undercoating. Something like Fluid Film or Surface Shield.

I was digging through some of the documents related to this recall and found this. Not sure if this was mentioned before.
Thank you! I originally wanted Firecracker Red but that was unavailable when I placed my order. Ultimately very happy with Sarge Green.
Dog was powdercoated as soon as the truck came home. ?
Agreed. I was under the assumption that this problem was remedied on new production since the recall was already out. I suspect the existing recall only had the May 2022 production date cutoff because dealers can't sell new cars with open recalls. I would not have purchased mine knowing this.
Thank you. The current fairlead is a Factor 55 1.5" Hawse fairlead with a Type III hard anodized coating. A black fairlead might look better but it's hard to improve on the functionality of the anodized Factor 55. I do want to get rid of the badlands logo but not sure how I will go about that...
Thank you!
The floods on the bumper are R-Series 46 Floods. They’ve since been discontinued and replaced by the new 360 series.
The lights on the cowl are Rigid Dually XL in Hyperspot
Floods

Seriously lol. I've been thinking about how viable the screen/dash swap would be. It would have to involve rerouting the air vents, a ton of wiring, and software changes.
