On your next oil change, do an oil analysis with https://www.oaitesting.com. That will give you a better picture of what's going on with your engine.

That doesn't look like a typical kinetic rope, it looks suspiciously like a regular tow strap. That is NOT something you want to use for snatching type recoveries.

Well, never got the files, so I drew up my own version. Printed in ABS, still trying to work out the wiring. Pin 8 is lighting fault sense, not sure how I can trick this yet.
