Just be aware if you disconnect both batteries your truck may act strange for a day. Things like your HVAC not working correctly or your backup camera not being there. Just weird electrical things.

The 2 freedom panels yes, the rear large hard top no. The wrangler hard top is longer with side windows and rear hatch back glass that raises up. Even longer if it's a 4 door wrangler.
