when I use it, I put the a/c on and turn it allthe way cold With only the heat ducts in… blows cold air on it.
Never had an issue with heat while underneath the seat. The bracket covers the top so it doesn’t heat soak the seat.
I used to have my twin under the hood by the cats… it got heat...
I have an arb twin. I first tried it In the engine bay with the DV8 mount. Got soo much heat soak, made it almost unusable. I moved it to under my passenger seat with an arb mount. Work great there.

I did a fender “split” with my JTR. I used a quake fender chop bracket. Now I have used new inner fender liners.

I had a swaybar link go bad not to long ago. Customer service was right on point and sent me a new one after a couple pictures and emails. I love their customer service.
What’s weird is that 2 weeks ago, I found a set of rims that I liked from qudratec , I got on chat and got through pretty easily. They answered my questions of stock. I ordered and got my new rims within 3 days. I’m sorry you have been having issues.

Yes using the 4wd is hard for the first few time using in. As others have said, some rolling helps.
one caveat… do not engage 4wd in dry pavement. That’s my rule.

As for airing down, just got the apex rpv valves… 32-12 psi in 30 seconds per wheel…. Yeah boy!
I pulled my passenger rear wheel after my kid pointed out that the new wheel/tire looked like it was wobbling.
found that my local discount tire didn’t take a hub centric ring off when they put my new wheels in… in which I didn’t need.
the whole wheel was off the hub by at least 3/16’s…...
