  3. New 2024 grill insert experiment

Wait so if air circulating around the engine doesn’t make a difference then why would an 850 watt fan be better than a 600 watt fan?
  4. Add 850w heavy duty cooling fan to 3.6L Gladiator that didn't come with it. ( no Tow Package or Max Tow )

Yea probably not worth it. Thanks guys. I will let you know how the install goes.
  5. Add 850w heavy duty cooling fan to 3.6L Gladiator that didn't come with it. ( no Tow Package or Max Tow )

I know that it doesn’t change the 6000lb tow rating. I’m not trying to increase that because it is not possible. I was thinking for resale or trade in value.
  6. Add 850w heavy duty cooling fan to 3.6L Gladiator that didn't come with it. ( no Tow Package or Max Tow )

Just received my 850 watt fan from Rubitrux. Shout out to them, they are awesome to deal with. I am curious, once i add this fan and decide to upgrade to the 240 amp alternator is there a way to update my vin to include the tow package?
  7. Where you all going this weekend / week???

    Camping in the Adirondack Mountains.
  8. Where to buy this tailgate wrap?

Was that hard to install? It looks great!
  9. Fully loaded and just under Payload.

Update: so I loaded up this truck and was 250lb over payload. I set the airbags to 30 pounds and man this thing did its job. I took it easy on the highway setting my cruise at 60 mph. I averaged 10.5mpg towing my camper with all of my family in the truck. No issues with oil temp, coolant or...
  10. Seat Jackers

I have them on the drivers side only and they are a game changer for long rides.
  11. Bought the 2022 High Altitude--need to fix rear squat

I just installed the airlift 1000 air bags and installed them this week. I tow a large travel trailer and wanted to give the suspension extra support. Ill let you know how they work out.
  12. Fully loaded and just under Payload.

100% agree. I just wanted to get it done. I left about 8 inches of extra tubing so I can move it in the future.
  13. Fully loaded and just under Payload.

Finally got them installed. Put in 20lbs to leak test and it is good to go.
  14. Airlift 1000 Squeak

Man that first one was a pain in the ass. I don’t have a lift so working it laying under the truck is not ideal. I ended up removing the wheel to get the first one in and that made it easier. Will install the passenger side tomorrow.
  15. Airlift 1000 Squeak

What do you use to inflate the bags? I was wondering if a portable compressor or tire inflator would have enough power.
  16. Fully loaded and just under Payload.

One added bonus of the front window is that it doubles as a mirror so when i am towing and have the kayaks loaded on the bed rack I can keep an eye on them.
  17. Fully loaded and just under Payload.

Thats a great question! Yes i bought a 17 inch Blackstone to use in place of the grill that came in the outdoor kitchen. Fits like a glove! I use it all the time for most meals. We don't use the burners in the camper, just the oven and microwave.
