Im not ok with a power cut here, and I cannot imagine anyone is. For a 2 month old vehicle, my third issue is a recall that will likely reduce torque in an underpowered vehicle.
As much as I like the vehicle, if i feel a reduction in power i would rather take a buy-back and walk away.
you were right on the beach with super coastal spray there. We dont have that in most of FL. Even beach Cars in JAX dont really have a problem with rust unless they drive through the salt water at tide. I know plenty of guys who go through salt water and rinse with a garden hose and remain rust...
I will let you know. I looked under a few of them there, they had a lightly used 2020 on the lot… The amount of rust underneath it gave me anxiety. It looks like a vehicle that went through three or four northern winters already
Hello all,
I opened a ticket with my Jeep dealer, ive put 60 miles (40 were to/from the jeep dealer) on my JTR, to total 240 miles. There is silica bleed through and rust on practically every weld. Non weldeds items with rust are axles, perches, sway bar, tie rods, some parts of frame, carrier...
Thanks for this - I've had my JT a few days now and this was the most annoying thing. This partially fixed it. It seems to sometimes still go to the radio.
If anyone has found a way to make it default to bluetooth, please share!
Trade in game is rough. left pocket and right pocket, and pad the numbers.
We kept my trade in at 34k, let me take things off my current truck, and I got a number off invoice that I probably shouldn't post because I don't see them replicating the deal. I ran it past another dealer, they said...
Well, I signed for a JT yesterday. I reached out to a few of the dealers posted here. Availability and avoiding ordering were the biggest component. The most transparent was Gupton who was flat out $500 over invoice.
The dealer i can been working with agreed to a deal that was almost as good as...
great advice here - really it comes down to timing. I need a truck, and i want a manual gladiator. So few around that i cannot easily sell my truck and wait it out. it seems like there are a lot more manuals out near CO than there are in the southeast.
Who knows, maybe. I've never had so much trouble striking a deal. I'm thinking my issue is more the dealer than the vehicle. The last 4 vehicles I bought for my wife and I had a deal done in under 45 minutes with no issues. I'm pretty familiar with the game, so this is unreal. They put the trade...
So, things progressed. We find another Gladiator Rubicon that has different options that I was willing to accept. I went in to sign for it, and the local dealer told me "we wont honor the trade in value we gave you, the guy who quoted you that no longer works here and I'm only willing to give...
