I put 35” tires on my JTR within a month. Ran with stock 4.10’s for a year. It was ok. I regeard a month ago to 4.88. Because my plan is to go to 37” tires when the 35’s wear out. Man what a difference, got my gas mileage back, better off-road performance. I would highly recommend 4.88 for 35”...
I looked at two kits.

2020 JTR with tow package. I have 35x 12.50. 17 Toyo RT. Had same problem your having. I just reheated to 4:88. Plan on when these tires wear out, to move to 37’s. I love the 4:88 with the 35’s. Does 8th gear almost all the time on the freeway now.
That don’t look right. Get some adjustable links and bring it up. I have Icon lift on my truck. It came with the down links. You can adjustable down links by themselves.

Sorry I don’t remember the offset. I had to sign a document that I would never use chains. At purchase. I used the full stage 8 kit, using the stock sway bars. Works great. The kit is set up for 35’s. Never rub with the 35’s
