I would think its far less of a pain to just have a body shop tape off the area, sand down and re-spray the chipped portions if not the whole hinge.

When I ordered mine I had to get the Dash panel and the outlet separate from BAM or MOPAR wholesalers. For the outlet I used eBay and for the dash panel after using google for 30 min it linked me to a dealership out in California that had the piece.
