I have had both. Currently have RSE. They are def tougher than the AMP's but if you aren't going to be bouncing off of any rocks I would personally go with the AMP. I got the RSE's for around $1000 off so figured I would try them. Overkill for my needs.

I am also after the softest ride I can get since a majority of my time is spent on pavement. From everything I have read it seems Synergy springs with Fox 2.0 shocks is the best route. If someone knows otherwise please feel free to beat me up before I drop some money on these in the next month...

Finally got my RSE steps on. Been a battle with missing parts. No fault of RSE (Ian was awesome) but the company I bought them through kept giving me the run around. Like the way they look but the clunk sound when they retract will take some getting used to.

Side note - if anyone is around KY and looking for the premium twill version I am selling mine. $600. Great condition. Just switching to a hard cover.

Wish there was a plate to cover the winch opening. Hate how it sits wide open.

I would like to do some custom lettering on the tailgate but most letters I find at hobby shops are too thick. Anyone make them or 3D print some before? Cant stand those holes in the tailgate after peeling the JEEP off.

What poles are those? I have a hard time finding any that wont end up bending in the wind.
