clean with soap and water, use a scotch-brite to lightly scuff the top, clean with alcohol and paint. If you touch anything be sure to wipe it down again before you paint.

I painted the inside of my LJ hardtop with black satin kyrlon fusion. It looked a lot better and wasn't nearly as bright. I plan on doing it whenever my JT shows up

As long as you get hubcentric spacers you will be fine. I have run spidertrax for the last 2 vehicles and the quality has been great. They transfer the load to the hub flange just like the factory wheels do.
