How about locker sensors that don’t fail when you’re towing a trailer that’s well below max tow rating.
and cost $300.00 just for part.
Disapointing
Make sure it has a large fuel tank. Wifey had a Rebel prior to the JT, nice truck. Tow package, 3.92 gears, Hemi, Sun roof, pretty much loaded. 80 litre fuel tank. I never saw that till after we had bought it and drove it 400 miles home. Huge disappoint. Might have been a Rebel thing.
We put 20,000km on our Toyo 35/11.50/17 over the summer.I just put the studded snow tires back on this week. We’ve had two wet snowfalls so far and the Toyo’s worked well. As we have dedicated winters I switched them over.
I see since purchasing the Toyos that Falken now has a 35/11.50/17 AT in...
The Shitto’s on my JK, 37/12.50/17s had cracks across the treads the first year on. Tire shop wasn’t all that concerned and the rep said they’d replace them minus mileage. Probably should have been replaced. Still running them but I’ll not buy their product again. My brothers also cracked on his...
I’ve had that ARB in my JK since 2009. It airs up my Shitto 37”Trail Grapplers from 12 - 29 psi in 3 minutes (buy the timer).
It piled up about 4 years ago. I emailed them for parts, they sent me a new one. That’s exceptional warranty.
I have a portable Viair 400P I think it is, it’s a bit...
We just put the 1.5 TF level kit on my wife’s Rubicon JT last weekend along with the longer Mopar control arms.
also Toyo AT3s 35/11.50/17.
Rides real nice after having 10 ply studded winter tires on since November.
Moved the axle only 1/4“ so didn’t have to adjust drag link.
Still has 3/4” rake...
I do 5000km oil changes on the JK. The RCVs have been on for probably 125,000km. I did a rebuild kit because they were clicking when turning in 4X4 with or without air lockers engaged. RCV says they won’t fail catastrophically and it’s just from wear. (Not a warranty issue cause they’re not...
About 8 times in the last 2 months our Gladiator has not started as normal. The engine turns over normally but doesn’t fire up right away. If I remember right the one time it didn’t start and needed a second push of the button.
This only happens on the first start of the day. Vehicle is parked...
I’d be more concerned about the box being dirty an creepy crawlies getting in. You have to take everything out for the air mattress anyway.
We just got it late last fall and haven’t tried it yet.
We have a trailer so it’s more for someone showing up when we’re camping.
