  5. Your thoughts on towing this

I have been where you are, I really liked the trailers you are talking about well made, old school but heavy. Wife and I had lists of wants , she wanted rear u shaped dinette and a walk around queen bed, I wanted tandem axles and something around 3,000 dry weight. What we wanted had us looking...
  6. Buying used supercharger???

Do you want a supercharged Jeep? Sounds like if you don’t push it too much you are good but when pushing the tune and trying to get as much out of it as you can, you might be that guy looking for forged internals or a spare block. If it is just on one you are looking at and you don’t care either...
  7. Should I switch from a JL 4xe to a JT Mojave?

Wife has a JL Sahara and me a Mojave, her JL gets 20 around home mostly very short trips in hilly area and tops was 24 highway on long trip, Mojave gets three MPG less , at 17-18 and 21 highway. I have a 170 pound RSI cap and 100 pound fridge setup , a 70 pound winch on front and perhaps 100...
  8. WHICH HITCH?

It has to the springs with the Mojave either the spring rate, height as they are taller then rubicon by an inch or perhaps the hydraulic bump stops perhaps. Still seems like a thousand pound difference is a lot, although I won’t tow much over 5,000 tops anyway….Jack
  9. ICECO VL65

ARB plug setup is pretty cool, I pressure wash the inside of my cap after surf fishing and the seal is great ,cigarette lighter plug would not be as good plus the screw in feature means it won’t work it’s way out. I think it’s odd but also cool that the ARB cord finds other brands and wonder if...
  10. Basics for keeping in my wife's JLU

Bill, Take it easy , people are giving their thoughts on your question. 12. ABS Speed Sensor Wire

Making it longer and looking to splice it? How about buying one cable from dealer cut it in half and then use each end to add onto your existing ones, would make for only one splice in each cable….Jack
  13. ICECO VL65

It’s not the cord or the plug on ARB fitting as it works the Fridge, it’s your wiring to the Arb outlet, or connection to battery , but some where you probably have polarity reversed on your wiring in Jeep, double check your connections and color code next, but not tonight. You need a reboot...

  15. ICECO VL65

Well good news is the fridge is good to go one way or the other, I wonder if the ARB plug is too long and doesn't make connection right. Perhaps worse case you splice the Iceco end on the ARB cord , I think the ARB screw on connection is much better ...Jack.
  16. ICECO VL65

Ok , so when you say you used the cigarrette lighter plugged into Bluetti, do you mean you put the cigarette screw on adaptor thing on the ARB cord and plugged it into the Bluetti and the same cord worked then.?...if yes Good God!.......Jack
  17. Basics for keeping in my wife's JLU
