Can’t wait for the LA Auto Show next month. Motor Trend ran a blurb a few months ago about a 2020 plug-in hybrid Jeep Wrangler and a plug-in hybrid Gladiator six months later.

Maybe the engineering and integration of the diesel is done, but the certification is taking longer due to the problems of Dieselgate. The authorities no longer trust the car companies to self-certify diesel emissions. The Ram and Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel were held up due to this.
