  1. Major Failure at 30k

Everything thing is covered under warranty as it should be on a vehicle with only 30k miles. The only charge to me is I asked them to do the oil change since it was already there. I guess my original post wasn’t clear. If any of you ā€œexpertsā€ can give me some clarification as to WHY this would...
  2. Major Failure at 30k

You call that lucky? It’s all under warranty. That’s beside the point. Shouldn’t be happening at 30k miles.
  3. Major Failure at 30k

On a recent trip, my Gladiator went into limp mode and left me stranded 1000 miles from home. I limped it to the new dealership and rented a vehicle and drove home. It took them a month to do all of the repairs. I bought the Gladiator new in 2022. It is not a daily driver. All of the miles...

I’ve had great luck with Ford too. I own one right now that’s approaching 200k miles and still runs great. Has a few minor issues here and there, but it will probably rust out from underneath me before I ever get rid of it.

  8. Thinking About Buying A Jeep Gladiator

Did you read the last sentence? Maybe you don’t mind beating it up. If you have a beater to use then use that rather than beat up your $60k Jeep. Those were my thoughts. I don’t have a beater truck so yeah I’m like you. I have to use my Gladiator for truck stuff and fun stuff. I’d rather beat it...
  9. Thinking About Buying A Jeep Gladiator

Oh, and I wasn’t kidding about OP keeping the ā€˜08 Tundra and getting a Gladiator. That Tundra is a great truck. Use it when you don’t want to beat up the Gladiator so much doing truck stuff.
  10. Thinking About Buying A Jeep Gladiator

You’re getting butthurt too. you all started being combative with me and very defensive. It was actually a joke and you all started throwing accusations at me and making the wrong assumptions about me. I always maintain my vehicles per manufacturer’s specs or beyond, but I don’t need to prove...

  16. Thinking About Buying A Jeep Gladiator

Wrong about the Jeep not being maintained. I’ve been around the block a few times and I’m not stupid.
  17. Thinking About Buying A Jeep Gladiator

Everyone is getting butthurt. It’s common knowledge that probably at least half of the jeeps on the road right now have a check engine light constantly. I love jeeps and have several in the driveway and owned numerous others. I’ve also owned many Toyotas in the past as a backup.
  18. Thinking About Buying A Jeep Gladiator

I’ve had multiple Jeeps over the past 30 years and all of them have left me stranded at least once. My current one has been in the shop for a month with a blown turbo and other diesel related issues at barely 30k miles. But. I. Still. Keep. Buying. Them! I always keep a Toyota in the driveway...
  19. Thinking About Buying A Jeep Gladiator

As long as you have multiple ā€œJeepsā€ you should be fine unless all of them are broken down at the same time, which is entirely possible šŸ˜‰
