Nice! I will add this technique to the original post, with credit, as long as it is approved by the committee (one person, @Maximus Gladius).
Update:
The advice on using a J-shaped pickup tube to drain the oil pan...
The Transmission Oil Filter is the same for all Gladiators with either the 8HP50/850RE or the 8HP75 automatic transmission. Please see the following posts. The key takeaway is: "If the kit fits, then the filter fits."

Thanks to you and @smlobx for asking about the ZF 8HP75 automatic transmission on the EcoDiesel. I will confirm the following parts the next time that I visit the dealer. A good parts advisor should also be able to confirm the capacity of the 8HP75.
Summary: The parts, capacity, torque...
This is a set of written instructions on how to do a pan drop on a Jeep Gladiator or Wrangler 2018+. Reference docs and photos are also included. @Maximus Gladius, coauthor and technical advisor, has performed no fewer than ten pan drops on his two Jeep Gladiators. For more info on the...
Excellent video. It certainly supports your previous advice.
Here are some key segments:

Service interval: 7:32-8:26
Drain & fill: 9:11-9:43
Service intervals for the automatic transmission in the Gladiator:

My local dealer said they are using a teflon barrier when they reassemble the doors, he didn't mention anything about zinc.
I also have corrosion on the hood edges, the best I can figure is it's right where two people would lift and handle the body part if it was off the car. You can almost...
...that cover up the fog light wiring when running without the bumper wings. Purchased from a forum member who used to offer them.
These Maximus-3 trim plates are to fill in the space around the winch. They would not work with the above plastic trim plates that covered up the fog light wiring...
The full @Metalcloak catalog thrown at it lol. Method race wheels with 38x13.5 tires. The rack is Maximus 3 rack with an OVS 270* awning, Yakima basket and some traction boards on top.
Lighting: DD Elite headlights, Oracle black taillights, Oracle rear bumper lights, Dirt Road Cred interior...
Can you believe that I am still working on approval from Stellantis? I got a call last week from the dealership. This was after I dropped by the week before to discuss the status of my claim. I received a phone call from Jeep
cares, and it seemed like they had no idea of my claim and gave me a...
It appears that the decoupler pulley on the alternator is not available as an individual part on the MOPAR eStore. Long story short, a dealer will replace the alternator with a new & expensive OEM alternator instead of repairing the existing one.
As already covered by @darkhorse13, the...
Apex installed on the @Maximus-3 winch plate. It looks great and was an easy install, however it sits too low, so the winch clutch lever hits the bumper. It will either need a spacer to raise the winch higher or, more likely, I will modify the clutch handle so I can use the free-spool.
You will...
I'm only partially following along in this thread.
So is the morale of this story:
1) Use green fluid (which one is green? Its GREEN? I didn't know it was green).
2) And/or don't fool around until the warranty runs dry 😄
I hope they gave you an extended warranty for your troubles. When they had my Gladiator for a month when they had to replace the transmission, they compensated me with a Max Care warranty taking me to 110,000 miles.
This pic of an oil leak was taken in the evening on December 30th. Because my selling dealer is a "Warranty Forever" participant (covers power train w/ no deductible), I brought my vehicle to their service department at 7:00 a.m. on New Year's Eve. It was a VERY slow day for them. The only...
This is Maximus. My oldest of my 3 boys named it. He is my wheeling buddy, every time I go he wants to be right there with me. After Christmas it will be time for gears, chromoly axles and front locker to go with Barnes trusses I picked up over Black Friday.
No snow here in FL so AI it is to...
Just picked up Maximus last night. Total time was exactly 3 weeks. Dropped it off on 12/8 and picked up on 12/22. They replaced the hood with a new one. Now just have to replace the decals.
