Dead pedal makes a big difference. I wouldn't be without one since first installing it in my 2020, then removing it to put in the 2022 - couldn't wait to get it reinstalled!
This shows the difference in people, shapes and sizes and seats.
We drove almost non-stop back home from FL last month...
I too am experiencing unusual transmission shifting.
I have approximately 27,000 miles on my 2020 Gladiator Overland.
It has always “clunked” into gear unless I let it idle down for several seconds after start, the “clunk” is loud and hard.
it’s always garage kept.
After start, the idle is...
Having trouble finding solutions and looking for help.
2020 Gladiator with base 5". I bought a used 8.4 from a 2020 Gladiator (68417861AH)
Plugs in, most things work, but backup camera doesn't work and the unit itself is insanely laggy. I know I will need to add a GPS antenna, heater...
I have owned 4 brand new f150 4x4 and 2 brand new f2504x4s at my age the towing times are gone. My wife and I have traveled all over the west in our 2020 jt without one issue and we love it. No matter what you buy you may have problems with it. Brand new 2000 3/4 ton GMC faulty tranny. 1996...
I agree. I was going to say earlier that I think most of these issues can be fixed with an additive. I have a 23 Cummins ram that I use archoil with, and no issue with the CP3 anyway, but I had a power stroke F250 prior and it had similar pump issues but I used archoil (hot shot prior) with it...
Alignment, and wheel backset, tire diameter, scrub radius - all that figures in and toe needs will vary if the thing has been modified in any way at all.
I've never had problems since they put the second replacement steering gear on my 2020.
I could drive it one-handed with ease and didn't have...
I had a 2020 Overland I used as a daily driver from November 2019 to July of 2022. It was a wonderful, perfect daily driver. Comfort, nice ride, great highway and road manners, no steering issues at all once the steering gear was replaced the second time.
Drove that thing from central Iowa to...
The above 1st recommendation didn't work. The fuse is my next step. Beyond that will be a dreaded dealer visit so they can tell me my lift kit and 35's are causing the issue and therefore can not honor the warranty. Do you know the fuse number right off?
On October 18, 2022 my dealer determined that my 2020 JT Rubicon with 24K miles needed a new information center display. As of today 12/21/2022 the part is no where to be found. No one at the dealership knows anything besides they ordered the part on the 26'th of Oct. I have talked to...
Good Luck and hope you hit your mark. I recently tried that same thing and didn't get a sniff from anyone in the $40,000 range. I was going to move back to a Ram 1500 to make it easier on my wife back issues. But after not finding any interest, doing another test drive on the Ram 1500 and...
Adding a little anecdotal info. I had a series of stop start issues with my 2020 Jeep. The dealer finally replaced the main battery and I quit having problems. One thing I noticed after the main battery was replaced. The voltmeter always showed charging voltage in the 14.6v-14.7v range. I...
Fluid for the EHPS systems isn't cheap.
After they replaced the second steering gear on my 2020, I noted the fluid was low after a couple of days. I was in the area and stopped in and suggested "the air worked out, and now it's low". The guy walked inside, grabbed a bottle of PS fluid, filled...
I got mine October 2020 1 of the first diesel in our area for a Gladiator so 2 winters down 0 problems ! Thanks for the congrats i hope yours is figured out? I change oil every 5k miles and all filter (fuel ,air, cabin)every 10k miles and so far with the 4 we own its been smooth sailing!
Also think about the injuries and hazards after retirement. Hip injuries, back and shoulder, neck and knees, all very common in first responders from all of the repetitive movements, fights, sitting in unnatural positions, lifting heavy people and items in awkward places, etc. I’m not sure about...
See this line of popular argument quite often and it really doesn't make sense. You are just conflating the reduction of polution and zero polution. They are not the same thing. End result is you are reducing polution with renewables. Its a poor argument to say, 'well, since you can't get...
I want to say that I hope it works out for you and it is a camshaft issue. Then again if it happens to be just a software update, you won't be down too long.
