We don't have to test for that here, and I thought the emissions warranty was only like 2 year 24000 mile.
I'm just thrilled I bought a lifetime extended Mopar warranty on our Pacifica hybrid. Have to replace the Infotainment unit, that's half of the cost of the warranty I paid.
Considering...
Interesting to note that when the bank 1 intake cam is replaced, the PCM needs to be updated. They say don't replace the cam on the 2020 without doing the update. So apparently there was more than one problem, otherwise, swapping out a cam, like for like, would require nothing more.
You can purchase used if you want to, however previous JT's have had problems like the steering box issues for one & seemingly unsolvable death wobble & steering slop. I have a 2021 where I believe the steering box issue was addressed doesn't seem to be an issue at least so far even with 37"...
Transmission has been solid since the complete replacement under warranty nearly a year ago, and about 5,000 miles later. No further problems or issues fortunately. Still unsure if I will keep the Gladiator once the warranty expires in March 2023, as this vehicle has been very problematic and...
I’ll say this, I just traded my super dependable 2014 F-150 for my awesome 2020 Gladiator High Altitude and couldn’t be happier. There wasn’t anything wrong with my F-150, but when I saw a heavily modified Mojave, I knew I wanted to make a change. This is my first Jeep and love everything about...
My 2018 JL with the 3.6/8 speed had what I would call a stumble too, but it was almost always around 35-45mph. And yea it felt like what you described as a little loss of power or downshift, somewhat subtle. My 2020 Gladiator with the same engine/trans combo doesn't do it. Never did figure out...
2020 JTR with 26,000km - no problems.
Had a 2018 JLU for 2 years, 30,000km - only issue was when a rear defroster wire detached but was permanently repaired quickly under warranty. It's a fairly common issue on JK/JL's but not one we need to worry about with a JT.
I wonder if those making arguments about downstream effects from renewable mineral extraction would make the same argument about other rocks and mineral extraction, like say coal, gold (heavy metal ponds), silver, etc. Even if the regulations are there for containment, regulations that may...
Granted the first year Glad's had some teething issues during the 2020 model year. My advice to you that if you like the JT in general, trade it off on a '22 or '23. Like any newly introduced vehicle, I generally wait until the third model year to buy.
But the issues experienced with the...
Zero issues on my 2020, but I would for sure purchase an extended warranty on any late 2021 and 2022 models. All manufacturers are having issues with vehicles that were built during the supply chain and labor shortages...
Zero problems here. Mine has been on two Gladiators. I removed it from my 2020 and put it on my 2022 when it came in. Dealer wanted the '20 stripped back to stock.
The nylon clips do work best when warm.
Maybe even put them in your pocket while working on the hood to get them warmed up
Software is definitely an issue. More than one member has commented that the flash made things better in that regard.
But like said - it's not the tick problem.
Then we get to the 2022s which exhibit misfires but very different symptoms.
I have to laugh when I see someone say "FCA hasn't...
- Purchased JTR July 2020 (sold 2018 JLUS)
- no engine (3.6L), electrical, suspension modifications
- 25,500km
No problems, Very reliable.
(JLUS (3.6L) also had no issues and was very reliable)
How big is that battery under the seat? I wonder if they will opt for a bed mounted battery at the cost of bed space instead considering the heavier weight and more power needed in the Gladiator compared to the JL.
Yeah but one really cannot claim that much 'renewable' energy because to be...
Here in Australia at least, recently there's been a $20k price drop on some models.
My 2022 Gladiator is now worth $20k less and that means my car loan repayment is way out of whack in that my insured market value in the event of a writeoff is such that im out of pocket the difference by $20k...
Yes it works with factory off screen button and all other factory buttons. A/C Heat / steering wheel
Here are the issues they are working on for me on the 4001
They said updates are coming to fix these issues
1 The clock on the dash cluster has change to 24 hour format needs to be 12 hour...
