Bought these bulbs and the high beams don’t work any ideas ?

Question I just bought my daughter a 2024 wrangler and she has these Sunpie LED headlights , on hers the low beams are on the top and bright on the bottom are they in upside down ? Or is the wiring wrong ?

Has anyone taken off their tailgate emblem and left it off ? Gotta get a new tailgate and I was thinking of not putting the emblem back on, any thoughts?
