I thought I would share my experience installing the EOC Oil Separator for 3.0 Diesel as a part of the reliability modifications.
There is a video out there from EOC describing how it is done but there are a couple observations that I noticed worth mentioning.
All you have to do is make...
As simple as it may sound, you will realize when you try to remove the PCM/ECU from the diesel Gladiator, that you will find the 4 nuts holding the PCM is near impossible to undo due to the limited access.
Have searched online and there is no write up but scattered information about people...
After playing with the idea of the leaving PCM on top of the fuse box lid, I realize there things get pretty hot and likely need a good air flow.
I just got my 2nd and last free oil change from Jeep and I don't see myself taking the Jeep in for any repair in the foreseeable future.
So decided...
I have no intention of lifting my JT. I am installing a winch though on the steel bumper as I drive mine into downtown park garages.
Who leveled theirs stock JT after winch install and what did y'all use?
This write up will be written in segments and iterations. While the physical install is not hard at all, but there are few things that requires certain hardware and subscription for programming to calibrate sensors and make the ACC function.

Those who own JT with adaptive cruise control.
Could you take a few photos of the windshield around the ACC camera from outside?
I am trying to figure out how the black out is shaped around the sensor enclosure.
Thank you!
I am trying to get Witech subscription to complete my Adaptive Cruise Control done at home.
I have the J2534 Witech Programmer.
I am wondering if I need anything more than the 30 day subscription or I can just buy VIN specific 30 day subscription.
Do I need TechAuthority or the ECU flash...
Hi all,
I would like to ask what yall would do in my situation.
I placed an order for few parts for upcoming project from Worldpartsdirect.com .
Ordered it on 7/6/2024. Still have not shipped. Asked for ETA but they failed to respond but sent me a couple of robotic messages.
Then I asked...
Just wondering, has anyone done EOCPerformance oil catch can and the stage 1 tune?
Figured this is probably the best available to option to keep the engine healthy?
Anyone running backup ECU?

Hi all,
I have started gathering parts for retrofitting the Adaptive Cruise Control on my Rubicon.
Some pieces of the puzzle I need to solve is finding ABS module and controller that are used on diesel Gladiator and has ACC from factory.
Do you have this ACC and diesel combo?
Do you happened...
Hi all,
I checked my transmission harness near the EGR plumbing and I did not like how close it was to the flange.
I also found that the zip tie stud mount for the harness came loose allowing it to rub against the heat shield near by. I am happy that I checked this as it only has 500 miles...
I purchased iDash part# 66550. Installed it.
I cannot find DPF soot load level to read DPF status.
I just realized there are SuperGauge and DataMonster version.
Is there any difference between the two?
I have tried searching but from what I have found it seems like iDash is NOT capable of initiating forced regen on Gladiators?
Yet I found the procedure for forced regen on Bank's manual.
So those who have this, were you able to initiate the forced regen with iDash?
