Looking for freedom top bag shipped to Oregon Thanks

So I bought some LED tails from another JT owner. he said sure... NO Problem they will fit. Well, I went to swap them & low and behold... no joy :( Who has the BEST Halogen to LED conversion swap tails out there? I've been all over Amazon/eBay and am not impressed.
