Grille that will work with my winch/bumper combo?

I looked.. searched.. googled..
anyone have a recommendation for a grilled cheese that will work with a barricade bumper and badlands winch? My angry (hush!) grill sticks out too far

Mock it up and modify the grille is an option. The portion that gets modified won’t be seen behind the winch anyway. They do make winches with the removable top portion/control module as well that could work.
