When I am by myself with no load, it's not good but par for the Jeep course. But when I had five 200 lb plus guys and luggage in the back, it was seriously dangerous above 70 miles an hour.
I am just going to replace the shocks. If you add a lift, that typically is going to make it worse, but...
Well I hate to say it, but I'm actually glad you are also having problems. At least I know it's not specific. But I am sorry you have the same issue. Mine is drastic, and as I mentioned, I have numerous off-road jeeps so I know and do not expect a comfortable ride. But this is downright...
Thanks, I think you are dead on. I will look into used Mojave shocks and see the difference for new Bilstein 5100s. If not much, I will probably give the 5100s a try. Thanks!
I forgot to mention that yes they changed the steering box as well. But I think that would have resolved the wandering issue that other people are having, that I actually had very little of. Mine is up and down not left to right.
I am at my wit's end. I have a stock 2020 Rubicon Gladiator with the only upgrade being 35-in Pro Comp tires put on by the dealer during pickup.
I have noticed it floats similar to a boat at high speed. It doesn't wander left and right and it is definitely not the death wobble. The more weight...
With no offense, there are a couple weird comments in your post.
Why did you buy a Jeep with mud tires you did not want?
You said 2H engaged on the freeway. You supposed to be in 2H on the freeway.
I have owned many Jeeps in my life and every year I run the Rubicon Trail in my Wrangler. Yes my...
I agree in that he was just ASKING, not complaining. I have 3 current Jeeps and owned 5, but my Gladiator with light bar is pretty darn loud. Came to this thread for suggestions to minimize wind noise on freeway.
Let's chill on the disparaging posts.
I did not realize there was an actual limp mode, but that sounds like exactly what happened. On a Facebook forum somebody sent me the link to that jeep that was pretty famous when the whole engine hydrolocked in 10 inches of water. Ultimately Jeep baught him a new engine. But I will follow up on...
I am experiencing similar issues with off-road pages. It seemed to work the majority of the time while off-roading with no internet service, and then all of a sudden I noticed the off-road pages was grayed out. At some point it must have started working again because then it reappeared. To add...
I just got back from an off-road trip and the issues with uconnect continue. I had a JK before I just bought my Gladiator and it had a whole separate set of issues with uconnect. That radio had to be replaced over three times.
The past couple days I experienced the same type of issues mentioned...
Has anyone else experienced an issue where you ran your Gladiator through no more than 7 inches of water at roughly 20 mph and it stopped driving?
The engine did not shut off but when I tried to go up the hill it would barely do 1 mile an hour. I put it in the park back into drive with still no...
I can't find mine. Grrrr. I found one lone wire that looked like the wrapped ones in the engine compartment but it is not hot. Novel idea to put it in the Owners manual?
