Off road pages disappeared

I am experiencing similar issues with off-road pages. It seemed to work the majority of the time while off-roading with no internet service, and then all of a sudden I noticed the off-road pages was grayed out. At some point it must have started working again because then it reappeared. To add to this mess, when it came back, I noticed that I could see my gauges but my front cam was now grayed out. Later it came back. This entire sequence all happened with no internet connection.

Not sure if this is relevant but my buddy just lost his OffRod Pages in his 2019 JL a couple weeks ago. It was due to an update that pushed to his radio. He called Jeep support and I want to say they were able to fix it with another push. I don’t think he went to dealer for that. But I can ask to make sure.

My Sport S with they bigger screen does not have this. I just wondered if it was a Rubicon upgrade.

I have moved my Offroad pages icon down to the bottom row. But periodically it goes away and reverts to the prior icon I replaced with it. Sometimes it is also down there but greyed out (and not fully revealed). After waiting about 5 minutes it looks okay. Rubicon gladiator with 8 inch screen

FWIW- local dealer had my truck for a week and couldn’t figure out the issue.
i needed my truck back and will schedule another appointment sometime in June.

no off-road pages and no tire fill select

I have the same issue with the off-road pages (6-speed Rubicon). I'm in line for the steering box upgrade and am going to address it with the dealer then. I'm late to the party and you may have figured it out by now, but in case you haven't, tire fill assist has to be turned on from the safety screen every time you start the vehicle and the parking brake has to be engaged (at least on my manual. The transmission may need to be in 'park' in an automatic.) to turn it on. After all this, tire fill assist should be on.

Mine just disappeared today. Powered off, on. waited an hour powered off. I then put it in 4HI, OFF ROAD PLUS, and the splash screen appeared but the off road pages never loaded. No more backup or forward camera. My climate control no longer let's me select the exact temp, It's either LO or HI. 2020 Mojave, 3600 miles.

When the Uconnect system is rebooted (pulling fuse or disconnecting both batteries), it can take up to 24 hours for everything to reload and return to normal. Check the fuse box, and battery cables, to make sure everything is seated properly.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. I hit the 'ASSIST' button, and got someone who sounded very tired, I could barely understand due to his accent tell me to take it to the dealer. That was his best advice.
