I bought these in 2022. Put one in the bathroom and one in the truck. After a couple years I started having connection issues with the one in the truck so I swapped them. My phone is a Galaxy S21 and just lays on the seat while driving. The cover doesn't go all the way down, but close enough...
Sorry, but I don't see why it's even a question. You don't have the original parts to put back on it. You can't get enough out of the used parts to buy replacements to take it back to stock. Then there's the time and effort required to take it back to stock, plus the cash outlay up-front to...
I have the factory installed remote start. I can remote start with the app or the FOB. I can open the passenger door or driver door, close it, and lock it again. It stays running until the 15 minute timer expires.
Edit:
I also have the factory installed proximity door locks, so I can...
The manufacturers don't get a bonus. The ESS system is a compromise to cut back the fines and allow the Gladiator to be built. The components are designed to handle the additional wear.
Batteries go out on any vehicle, they have a finite life span. Quality varies, the OEM batteries are not...
You do know there's a button on the dash to turn it off? Doesn't cost anything to push it after hitting the Start button.
ESS is part of the system and always active. There is no way to disable or delete it. There are multiple options to keep the engine from turning off when ESS calls for...
I have not had any issues with the Smart Isolator used. It connects the third battery after the engine is started. It disconnects after shutdown when the voltage level difference exceeds a certain point. The system doesn't have any trouble charging all the batteries. The third battery is a...
My comments were only to his question about it being level. He's already opened the transmission, without any research on the procedure. Since it's still in warranty, it should have gone to the dealer first.
A leveling kit will lift the front, but not enough to make a significant difference. A lift kit should give an equal lift on all four corners. Putting it on a lift or jack stands will keep it close enough to factory level. It's not that delicate and critical to really worry about.
Since they no longer offer the manual transmission, there's no longer a reason to have the opening for the clutch.
You will just have to carefully drill a hole in that space and hope for the best.
If the Tazer is not working in the Jeep, then there is a problem with it, which is probably also why the PC won't connect to it. Contact where you bought it from for another replacement. This is the risk of buying refurbished electronics. Eventually, they should get you one that works.
I have not looked into it to find out any more. I don't believe this version of the Gladiator will ever see a factory V8.
There are many posts talking about how easy it is to do, and how many Gladiators Jeep could sell, and how cheap it is for them. If that were all true, it would be an...
I just know what has been shared here over the last seven years. You would have to check the NHTSA website to see how much detail is available to the public.
