Hi All, on the radio in my new 2024 Gladiator Rubicon, the Jeep Digital Store shows I have an active trial for the Vehicle Performance package with 4 services included.
However, I could not find he Alfa Off Road Pages anywhere on the radio. I called U-connect and they said my Jeep doesn't have that feature and I can't upgrade to it, despite it showing as an Active service in the Vehicle Performance list. The other 3 services apparently do work.
Does this make sense? Anyhow else run into this weird situation?
Fortunately its a free trial at this point, but I would have paid for it, to get the Alfa Off Road Pages, only to find out its not avaialbe on my particular Rubicon...
Seems like a bit of false advertising for the feature to be listed under as a service under an Active package and yet not available on my Jeep.
