I have figured it out. On the Gladiator, Passenger side there is an unused mount that is the reason why you have to drill 5 inches to the left of the second hole which isn't a problem for Wranglers.
That mount 'just touches' the E-Step lifting arm when it is about halfway up. You can't predict...
First off - whew, there is so much to learn to install these things. The video's are only useful if you've done a lot of work on a Gladiator in regards to trim, under body cable routing, and know how to use flag bolts and how to figure out what to do when your supposed 'Flag on a stick' doesn't...
About 32k on my 2020 Mojave. About 80-90 hours in the mountains of Tennesse, Kentucky and North Carolina. Other than that, back and forth to work. I've beat the heck out of it on trails and its very dependable. Except for rodents. I went to the middle east for two months. When I came back...
I posted the pictures originally in the 'Engine Bay Fires' thread. I was quickly told that what I have is rodent damage. Friend and I went out to the Jeep, and took pictures and yup, it sure is. They even made a bed out of the rubber/foam sound deadener. Nice of them. I bought a Shop manual to...
Is this a tender kit you bought, or did you wire this yourself? If DIY, can you share which pins you connected the wires to? This is clean and neat. I like it.
Speaking for me only, My 2020 Mojave right out of the lot had a bad valve body that took close to two months of nagging the dealer, (Who is awesome) Jeep cares (Who is a bit out of touch IMHO) trying to get a new one, when these weren't in the spare parts bins yet. Once It was fixed, I have had...
This won't help with cleaning the tank out, but for the future and anyone else, you can buy a Mopar locking gas cap from Quadratec. They have video on how to set the tumblers to your ignition key, it actually isn't hard once you watch the video. I've had one on my Mojave since I bought it four...
I've noticed for a couple of years that when the Jeep is cold, when I pull out of my driveway (Rock) and the suspension does some small wiggles, I hear a crunchy sound that I think is coming from the wheel/suspension area.
When it is nice and warm (Like 70+ ) I don't hear it.
On the highway, it...

FWIW, When it was all said and done, the Jeep Dealer found that the connector behind the tailgate panel which attaches at the LED light was carbon fouled from possible arc'ing. The replaced the light and wiring harness, and the Third Brake light has been fine ever since. The Taser apparently...
I did add one washer each side which is how I read the instructions. I put the washer on the inside to 'give more clearance' again, per the instructions. This will be my next project when I get back, looking at all the advice and idea's here for a permanent fix.
Being that I am leaving in the AM for a long trip to Indiana from S.C., I went with this temporary fix. I used three washers which worked perfectly. Next step, read all these comments and decide, '
spend a boat load of money on 5 new wheels that provide a 4.25" backspace, or get a 'hub centric'...
