I do not use PLA or any variation. As far as I'm concerned PLA doesn't belong anywhere near a Jeep. It loses color and shape in the sun and heat. I print these bumpers in TPU95 HF. It's a soft material that won't beat on the Jeep.
Yes, it would be, but I found that in the heat of the desert (where I live) the adhesive gets soft and the rubber pad slowly works itself out. That frustration is what finally led me this design that won't work itself out.
If, like me, you run down corrugated trails and your KC Hilites bracket rattles against your frame or windshield and it drives you nuts, and you have a 3D printer, this is the fix for you. Stop jamming cardboard between the bracket and the windshield. You can download my bracket bumper from...
I got tired of carrying channel locks just to loosen my RotoPax gas cap so I designed a "wrench" for them. I've uploaded the project to:
Makerworld (BambuLabs) for you to download and 3D print for yourself. Print, push the wrench onto your cap and just leave it there; it shouldn't fall off.
That's typical of an oil cooler leak. I'm assuming this is a 3.6. If you can get your head in there, you would see oil in the valley under the intake manifold.
Here are some things to check, in no particular order:
You didn't mention what gasoline you use. My goto is Shell and Chevron. Every third tank or so I'll fill up with premium to get their special additives. My engine runs smooth enough that I have to look at the tach at a stop to make sure...

Factory-Equipped Years: 2024 and 2025 (standard on most trims, including Sport, Sahara, Rubicon, and 4xe; optional on base models in prior years).
Notes:
2021-2023 models typically came with Uconnect 4 (7-inch or 8.4-inch screens). Uconnect 5 became...
This is what I did for JL and Gladiator a couple of years ago:

It sounds like you got the front locker on? Yeah, it will absolutely do that. You're feeling the u-joints at the wheel ends of the axles. The more you air down, the worse it gets. In some situations you won't even be able to steer at all. I only use front lockers as a last resort.
Well, yeah, I suppose me. I installed a Baxter on my 2018 JK at around 50,000 miles and had to have a head replacement at 59,960 miles. I was within the mileage for warranty, but not within the 5 year time period. The cam phasers were not replaced at the time and now now one of them is...
I think you're going to play hell finding a place to mount that type of switch. You need a flush mount spst like this switch on Amazon With this type of switch you can just use double-sided sticky tape and put it anywhere, like the little shelf under your steering column. There's nothing...
No problem with this version of mounting. It's strong and durable. I do rock crawl with this setup. The roller style cover can be used in conjunction whereas the trip-folds don't clear the rack supports.
This is where the oil/water cooler lives (the silver rectangle in the center). As you can probably tell, it's not trivial to replace.. The original, plastic cooler can crack for different reasons, including man-handling the oil filter cap. Many time though, it's the breakdown of the o-rings...
