since you guys have Overlands, I can give some input. Acceptable tire sizes from the tire police is that you can run either 295/70/18s or 285/75/18s. People has been running 12.5" wide tires on jeep 7.5" oem wheels for decades though. Heres the comparison of the two mentioned above, 295s St Maxx...
go rhino, I modified it to work with my side step. Easy enough to do, shortened it so it sits on my step. Its a bolt on for oem style side steps. Other ones you have to modify it.
works for me, been running it like that for almost 2 years now. No drama putting on a front hitch which was important to me to carry other things like racks, bikes etc. Weight savings helps with that. I was going to do the Quarter Pounder which the horns should be cut to get maximum benefit...
there's plenty of 2T bikes to be had https://dirtbikemagazine.com/2022-two-stroke-buyers-guide/. Mostly Euro brands. Yamaha still in,

Same here, riding cruisers and touring bikes two up with the wife last 20 years. She finally said she’s done, so opened up another chapter for me, little more on the dirt side now. She still rides two up on the Harley with me, but rare. Picked up a little smoker over the holidays, current bikes...
Pressure is more or less adjusted at the hot water heater, works great as others have mentioned and have used before me. Keep in mind, the higher pressure the more water used. I have a 3.5gpm pump. I was testing for how many showers I could get and see how long it would to empty my 32 gallon...
recently sold my R9T and replaced it with the Pan America. Cool looking Ural Josh, I was researching those a few years back and probably will get a hack sooner or later.
