That’s the ratio I’m re-gearing the wife’s Gladiator to. She is running 37” Trail Grapplers, 8 speed auto. I am running 4.88’s in my 2 door JL with 37” Ridge Grapplers, 8 speed auto, and it does well. If I had a manual with 37’s, I would do 5.13’s.
I got talked into attending one several years ago. Not my thing. Too many people in a group, so very slow going, not many trails get done. Plus, the guides try to spot you over every little obstacle, taking the fun out of wheeling. Some people enjoy them though.
Sorry, I just saw this. At the highest point, just under 77”. And that is with 37” Trail .grapplers, one of the larger 37’s. Let me know if you have any more questions.
I installed the JKS 3” lift on the wife’s Gladiator. She went with the
Fox shocks and it rides really nice. The rear coils were a pain in the arse to get in, otherwise smooth easy install.

Dude, I feel your pain. I broke a front one on my JL installing my sliders, and I was being careful, using a torch and a socket. I couldn’t figure out how to fix it so, took it to a local off-road shop. He found the following video and fixed it up for me. Good luck.
Mark, the wife and I have enjoyed watching your videos for years now. Better than watching TV by a mile. Can’t wait to see your new Gladiator on some adventures.
That is correct. Stock Rubicon suspension with a Teraflex 1.5” spacer on front coils. Ride is good. If we weren’t going to off road the truck some, we would leave it as is. Here is a couple side pics. Looks nose high, but isn’t.
