  1. MID ATLANTIC BACKCOUNTRY DISCOVERY ROUTE

My mom lives in a small town called Hinsdale, so we went and visited her for few days. Went over to Niagara then out the south end into Pennsylvania. The majority of the trip involved the UP of Michigan and Wisconsin. went to Drummond island and did the Badge of Honor trail.
  2. MID ATLANTIC BACKCOUNTRY DISCOVERY ROUTE

We did not :( We decided to look around the great lakes and hit up state NY instead. Looking at it a gain in a few years.
  3. ARE CX HD

Popsnbeer, As you can see from the previous messages I did not do the OTR. When I ordered mine between the vendor and the little bit of knowledge that was out on the web, I went with the color code I have shared.. About six months ago or so I ran into a guy a 1000 miles from home that did the...
  4. Headlights/running lights and a Tazer.

It all worked out with a removal, update and a reinstall.
  5. Ever Changing market value.

When you added the "BUT" you hit the nail on the head!! Walking into a dealership saying "I can afford XXXXYZ" IS The worst way to do it. Unless money is no object. Knowing what trends are out there, what others in your geographic region are getting, what the average for said Jeep is worth...
  6. Ever Changing market value.

This post wasn't about getting a better deal then the other guy. Or even the same deal. It's more about what people are seeing in THEIR market so I can gain knowledge. I sold my daughters car to a dealership last year for 4K more then she paid new. While i was there they offered me 52K on the...
  7. Ever Changing market value.

2020 Rubicon Punkn with 44K for reference. So for those of you that have looked into trade in value lately. What have you been getting back. I've talked to three dealers in the last week and they have been all over the board, 38, 40, and 41K all three in different zip codes. All three I'm...
  8. Bed cap ideas

I got the ARE CX HD a few years back. I really like the way it looks. I can't contest to the long term durability, It's only been on the truck for 6-7 months. It sits in the shed most of the year due to my summer set up.
  9. MID ATLANTIC BACKCOUNTRY DISCOVERY ROUTE

    Sorry but not really.
  10. MID ATLANTIC BACKCOUNTRY DISCOVERY ROUTE

Heading out East the first week of October. I'm looking to drive the Mid Atlantic Backcountry Discovery Route. This will be a daily move for the most part type of trip. The wife has a bum foot so no long hikes for us this year. I'm looking to run it from South to North with a stop off in up...
  11. ARE CX HD

I've never found the weight so I can't say for sure. What I can tell you, I take mine off every spring and put it back on in the fall. The wife and I can lift it off and carry it into the shed no problem.
  12. ARE CX HD

I've got mine put away for the summer so there is no good way to get the measurements for you. If you search bed width and subtract 2" you would be close to your Blue line. I can say with decent confidence that the Red line would be about 18" above the bed line. The HD bars do take up a lot of...
  13. Going East!

I love the feed back you all are giving me!!!!! Please keep it coming. My mom lives near Olean NY, so I have spent some time in that area years ago. I mean years.... I've done a few night in PA along the NY-PA border. But that was so long ago I hardly remember it. Capote Cod will probably be...
  14. Going East!

So I've been heading west and camping, hiking and overlanding (before it was a thing) in the Rockies every summer for the last twelve years or so. (I live in Iowa) The wife and I thought we would change it up a bit and head East. Now, I'm being told by those that have made the weird decision to...
  15. Headlights/running lights and a Tazer.

Update:::::: Unmarried the Tazer, Full reboot, Reinstall lights work like they are supposed to. Now to go back through the whole thing and set everything back up and see if it comes back.
  16. Headlights/running lights and a Tazer.

Yeah it shuts the lights off and the problem is solved until I turn it back to auto. I unmarried the Tazer today and the lights worked like they are supposed to. Now to figure out the Tazer settings
  17. Headlights/running lights and a Tazer.

Well according to this Jeep published owners manual it IS the headlight indicator light. Anyway, agreed removing the Tazer would eliminate that question. I was hoping someone could tell me if there was a setting in the Tazer that keeps the lights in a always on state.
  18. Headlights/running lights and a Tazer.

That's my Cubs batting helmet!!! It's not covering the sensor. It has been there for 3 Jeeps now. I've actually had my flash light pointing directly at the sensor and the headlights still don't shut off.
  19. Headlights/running lights and a Tazer.

Hi all, Took my 20 JTR into the dealer a few months ago for warranty work. I got it home and reinstalled my Tazer. Ever since then I feel like my headlights never shut off day or night. During the day I have to flip the internal switch to on to see the radio and at night I have to flip it to...
  20. Proximity entry problems

Nothing on the passenger side works. I've switched the caps, checked the wiring inside the door, checked the pins. It did work a few times in the beginning, but who knows for how long. It's not like I use that door even weekly or even monthly so I said, to hell with it.
