Update:::::: Unmarried the Tazer, Full reboot, Reinstall lights work like they are supposed to. Now to go back through the whole thing and set everything back up and see if it comes back.

Yeah it shuts the lights off and the problem is solved until I turn it back to auto. I unmarried the Tazer today and the lights worked like they are supposed to. Now to figure out the Tazer settings

Well according to this Jeep published owners manual it IS the headlight indicator light. Anyway, agreed removing the Tazer would eliminate that question. I was hoping someone could tell me if there was a setting in the Tazer that keeps the lights in a always on state.
