I have LITERALLY been meaning to post the picture of mine on this forum also. Mine looks nearly identical to yours. I love its performance, but am really disappointed in how well it's held up finish wise. We are no salt roads (sand only). I saw another comment suggesting road damage, mine shows...
Thanks! I've recently had inordinate amount of water in similar fashion and have been meaning to check that out. This (may) speed my search. Then again, it IS winter in AK so liquid water is becoming more rare. ;)
any water intrusion you've been able to notice by going that route? Snow/rain camping very common for me...had a breather that wasn't horrible in my current setup, but leaking would still occur if not cautious.
Thanks for the share. Winter camping is upon us again, and looking at a few tweaks to my CDH I built last year. Kicking myself for not thinking about rotopax! Would love to see a pic of your case pass through etc in regards to the fuel lines. Think I’m going to add Roto and take out my external...
Feel like we've been having that promise for over a year now....I don't even mind buying a full replacement solid gullwing. Makes me a little nervous in case one gets broken in the meantime.....
Really wish I had gotten the solid sides....still waiting for SmartCap to allow us to buy replacement doors. Would love to swap one side to solid and mount boards to it. <anxious finger tapping>
That's my "read between the lines" of the messages. Hoping someday they can get ahead. Happy they are being successful. Now, if anyone has and EvoA and wants a single glass door.... ;)
This is why I'd love the option to buy a single solid door option (from whichever matches our glass door) as an after purchase option. I'd happily pay for it, and would then allow a drill through for mounts. Following.....
Whenever I get in a vehicle that doesn't have it and I'm using cruise, it takes a moment before before my brain goes, "gee, shouldn't it have backed off by now?" before I realize what's going on.
I've consistently had a small trickle of water from the front (cab edge). Nothing to be upset about, but would like if I could solve. I believe it's from the thinner supplied gasket material used to "fill in" the slightly depressed area between the rails. For unrelated reasons my RTT is off the...
As I was loading my wheels in the bed just last night in preparation of taking off my winter wheels, i noticed a funky wear pattern myself.....very timely and exactly what I was wondering but hadn't had a chance to check it out. Thanks!
They've been great so far. Already been through a few dense fog mornings, a few thick mist mornings, and numerous intense snowfall drives and I've been pleased. Waiting for one of those heavy wet falls where normal headlights are useless (blinding, actually) to put my final question to rest.
Do...
