Pricing just showed up for Canadians, here in Ontario a mostly fully loaded Rubicon is coming in at $80,000.
FUCK THIS SHIT, LOL I'M OUT! Jeep get real.
Congrats, My top two choices are the gladiator or trailboss, especially the 2020 trailboss which will be on on lots in August with both the 6.2L or the 3.0L Straight Six Diesel!
It will be interesting to see if TFL truck does a head to head comparison between the 3.0L ecodeisel and the pentastar for towing with the Gladiator.
I think it may be closer than expected which is another reason why I'm not sure I want to wait.
The ecodiesel was tested a few years back...
Thanks for sharing. I think this price is too high. $53k?! I can get a better equipped Tacoma TRD off-road OTD for almost $10k less. (Not to start a toyota/jeep pissing contest).
I can only imagine by fall of next year Jeep will be offering $6500 in rebates to move these things like they do...
We are getting the shit end of the stick.
Can't price it online still and thats apparently because only a few hundred are being allocated for Canada in 2019.
Who ever said the order banks are open, its questionable what that means. Has anyone ordered and gotten a VIN? From what it looks like...
Honestly OP what is your user name... I read it an hour ago and hadnt had a coffee. I left the site, drank some coffee, was thinking back to this post. Spit my coffee out all over the elevator and a small dog named Wanda as I recounted what i think your user name says..
I just came back here...
I'm not surprised it cant tow 7000 lbs... none of these mid size trucks can tow that much confidently.
The tow ratings sell trucks and its just a huge pissing contest.
Most mid size trucks will struggle hard at 5,000lbs ..... Doesnt matter who it is, Colorado, Canyon, Tacoma.. all with...
Orders are being taken.
Its a shit show. I had this same crap with FCA back in the day when I wanted an Alfa Romeo 4C... Did everything I could to get one, then suddenly there are 3 on the dealer lot and my neighbour is driving one.... good job FCA.
In Canada they cannot even price them...
They are holding back because the pricing is going to hurt and they are talking to banks to push out the 96 months finance term to 100 months or 108months so that people will be able to get into one of these.
Can you imagine 9 year finance terms
Rent a car. Or buy a beater like everyone else mentioned.
Or just buy something else. You could be waiting 5+ months at this point and will be at the mercy of dealers who will be more than happy to charge any door crashers full asking price... But who fuckin cares right? Cuz 90% of these things...
