I feel like everyone complaining about this seemingly low limit hasn't actually gone that fast in it. My JKUR on M/T's at 80 is a nervous machine. I've had the chance on newly paved road to run the ton and holy guacamole it is not recommended.

So who cares if it struggles at the seemingly low top end? It's got the aero of a brick and no where near the power of a phantom. At slow walking speed I'm gonna get through the woods a whole lot easier in my Luftverteidigungsdiesel than a SRT Demon Hellcat Charger.

It really is an odd thing to want to go that fast in a Jeep. To what purpose? My Vette does 190mph and in 5 years it has only been up to 100 a couple times. I'm more of a low and slow kind of guy. Right up until I put my foot in it...

Can you imagine what a nightmare it would be to drive a Gladiator with a big V-8 and a bunch of horsepower fast? Talk about puckering up!

The end of that article is talking about that 1000 hp engine mod saying its 1000 hp (1600kW)... uh what? 1 hp is roughly .75kw, how the hell did they screw that up?

My Gladiator is showing a 110 MPH limiter on my build sheet.

My Mustang Mach 1 scares me past 120, there's no way in hell I'd ever take a Jeep to triple-digits.

ECM’s have had this feature since the early 2000’s on some vehicles. Ever heard of “a delete” on a PPEI tune?
