So I am waiting on a gladiator because I'm not interested in fighting the hype and have no problem waiting a couple of years. So for now I picked up a 19 rebel for 45k. The rebel is decent off road with Duratracs, small lift and rear lockers. It does everything I need it to do and so far I am...
No, I agree they could have used a little less red. I like the interior but I like how on my Audi they used grey on the back of the seats to tone it down and they don't have all the red on the doors. The 12' screen is great and if it was available near me I would have been all over it.
No I have the level 2 package with the 8" screen. My Audi is black with re interior so I love it :)
I would bet money I will. I have been a jeep fan and have owned multiple Wranglers since the early 80'sand have always wanted a wrangler truck. I can see the first year being way over priced and...
Honestly I was shocked by price and MPG of the midsize trucks. I test drove 8 different trucks over the weekend including zr2 diesel and trd pro. The MPG was almost the same as a full size (other than the diesel). The price was also a shock as the midsize trucks I was interested in were more...
I just couldn't wait any longer. My wife forced me to buy two new 4-wheelers :) and I needed a tow rig so....I normally buy new vehicles every two years so I figured I would give the gladiator two years to release the diesel and smooth out any bugs before I buy. The rebel is a decent truck and...
I agree,
my 14 rubiX MSRP was $40700 and to pick up a 18 JL with the same options is $48500. They are going to kill their own sales with increases like this.
I was shocked to see how many 18's are still sitting on the dealer lots around here. The funny part is they are still not giving great discounts on them.
FYI I stopped in at the dealer today just for kicks and we priced out a almost loaded diesel bison. MSRP 56K was 50K out the door. I love the gladiator but if they can't sell a loaded diesel rubicon around 60K I may have to look at this option.
My 14 has been the best so far for me. My CJ and TJ were the most reliable and would never die but they were not great on the road.
They both were horrible to drive compared to the JK. My CJ didn't put out much heat, in the winter it would hardley defrost the window let alone warm up the...
I bought my first jeep in 1986 and have had 7 of them since. I have never owner anything but a wrangler style CJ,TJ,JK so I am looking forward to the gladiator.
I have had a long list of jeeps and my 14 has been the best of the bunch. The only problem I had on my 14 was a common radiator neck leak that they fixed for me. I have never owned a problem free jeep and I still buy them. If there was an option from another brand I may think otherwise. My 08...
I'll be getting a rubicon because I don't want to wish I did later. Honestly most of the places I go with my current rubicon I also did easily in my 08 sahara but the rubicon does it much easier.
