Because they are sealed on with paint, it's virtually impossible to remove the door hinge bolts for the first time without some damage. I buy a set of new bolts for the body shop to paint with the rest of the body parts for me to install later. You can install the new bolts with minimal damage...
Put some Infinity Reference REF-375TX or similar tweeters in the dash to get clear highs. Putting a coax in there will result in it's mid range over powering your upgraded sound bar speakers.
I put tweeters in the upper dash and 6.5s in the sound bar. Didn't touch the lower dash and it sounds great. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/base-system-speaker-upgrade.75015/post-1562924
I don't remember off the top of my head, but the Metra adapters were correct as is. Here's my post about my speaker install process. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/base-system-speaker-upgrade.75015/post-1562924

I ordered and installed a painted cowl from Distinction Applied and it's a much better color match than the dealer paint. The dealer has agreed to fix the paint mismatch, it goes back in in 2 weeks.
I've had to disconnect both battery cables to remove all power from the jeep to clear the error light. The error light can also be triggered by an engine malfunction that disables the ESS system.
Used OEM are hard to find. Bestop makes a set that's very similar to OEM. Here's a link to my marketplace post where I compare the Bestop to the OEM. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/bestop-bed-sliders-200.60618/post-998746
It's not an issue with faded paint, it's a failure to match the paint. I'm pretty sure they would paint the hood, cowl and windshield to match, but I don't want a one off shade of Gator due to possible future paint matching issues.
Here's what I did to my JL and JT. Still liking the sound. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/base-system-speaker-upgrade.75015/post-1562924
Through the corrosion warranty I just had the doors and tailgate replaced on my Gator colored JT and I'm not happy with the paint match. Has anybody had any experience good or bad with a body shop matching the Gator paint color? I'm wondering if it's a problem specific to my Jeep dealer's body...
