Hi All,
I have a brand new never installed Lomax Tonneau cover for sale. Part #B3070029 it's the black urethane compatible with the trail rail system. Sold my gladiator so don't need this any longer.
$700 - Local pickup only no shipping.
Fully let off the gas, pause for 3 seconds, press the clutch and shift. Does it still make the noise? Took me like 5k miles before realizing it was all about the timing. Once you get the timing right the pause is more like half a second. No more clunking noise for me
So I have the exact same noise as @Gladiator847 and the video he linked and I also have the manual transmission. Only happens in second and third gear when accelerating hard right after 3k rpm and stops around 3.5 ~ 4k rpm. Now it doesn't really happen anymore or if it does it's really faint not...
I private messaged quadratec few days ago to get this price matched but seems like I'm getting ignored. I ordered it through autoanything. Good grab on this

Do let us know how the appointment went. Mine started making the exact same noise as well. I have the 6 speed too. Usually happens when I accelerate in 2nd just as you described
I mentioned in previous post that I had this issue. Turned out it was user error on my part and getting to know this clutch. It was all about the timing for me. But seems like you had enough time with your truck so not sure if it's the same issue
Are you talking about when swinging the door back and forth? If so I'm starting to hear clicking sounds too. I started noticing it yesterday. Kinda bothers me a little bit. Hope there is a solution to it.
I was finally able to adjust my speedometer correctly. Apparently since I have a manual I needed to do an ESS relearning procedure. Have to do it every time I change my tire settings. Oh and thanks to @briscoelab I upped my tire settings to 34.5X (so not my weighted tire height) to get it matched.
