Hoping someone can help here. I am trying to install an unlocked PCM and when I go to disconnect the cables on the stock PCM the one in the back doesnt "unlock". The lever comes about half way up and then stops, if i pull lightly then the connector starts to separate vs. "unlock" and disconnect...
Sorry, but I havent had that much load in the back of mine yet. I will say that aev usually does a standard and a heavy capacity spring for their lifts.
yes my setup clears the swaybars. I Did rub on the front skid plate covering the swaybar disconnect motor at full lock, but some simple trimming fixed that issue.
keep in mind I have an adjustable front trackbar so that I can recenter my axle.

I am not running a spacer. There is a 1/2 in difference between the front and back on my setup, which i think looks good. Really comes down to personal preference.
My 37x12.50 r17 Patagonia's measure about 35.5" @ 30 psi on stock Rubicon wheels. As others have said, I believe a 35" tire in a Rubicon wheel well is going to look small, but it comes down to your goals and personal taste.
I have an AEV 2” Spacer lift that I took off my Jeep when I upgraded to the AEV 2.5 coil lift. Procal has never been paired so it will work with your Jeep. Swaybar links, drive shaft spacers, and rear bumpstop spacers are brand new, never installed because this lift shares parts with 2.5” coil...
Mac, the ride is definitely firmer, but I don't find it harsh. Ride quality comes down to personal preference. I know several people like the ride of the factory fox shocks, it's just not my cup of tea.
Sorry I reread you post. No grinding for the track bar, but there was grinding to fit the track bar brace.
I am also interested to see how they work offroad. I have the Metalcloak front bumpstops on my jk and really like them. I’ll report back when I get some experience with the Timbrens
Yes...
Darkhorse, i actually screwed up and put this in the for sale section...now have marked it for deletion. I reposted in technical. You want to repost there and i will answer there so that everyone has the info. Here is the link...

- Synergy Front Track Bar Brace

I snuck up on my bed in a covert manner the other day, but haven't coNverted it to a flatbed yet. ;)
I like the look of the PCOR. Exploration Outfitters does them...great guys https://explorationoutfitters.com/pages/pcor-tray
Looks like AEV released their coil suspension. I thought they were going to use the Bilstein 8100s but it looks like the final version uses the 5100.

Whose buying it?
Waiting to see if you can fit the hydraulic bumps to the Rubicon...was able to pick up the part number from the video (68341367AC) but no love with the part being on the interwebs.
