I went with the ARB twin with a Grimm compressor mount that puts it below the brake booster and behind the inner fender liner. Install took me a few hours, but works fine.

As my Jeep eventually wound up a few inches taller than when I started, I kept the stock antenna. Simply put, it's just a tad taller than the roof so it makes a good height gauge; if I'm pulling into a parking garage I go slow, prepared to brake quickly if the antenna hits something!
