My spring was hitting my bump stop. I tried the isolator, rotating springs, and a few others things with no luck. I got sick of dealing with it and went with the Clayton 2.5’’ springs and haven’t had anymore issues.
It is a lot better, and I no longer have the issue with hitting the bump stop. I had the RK correction pads installed, my EVO lift did not come with any correction pads. EVO is the one who told me to buy some.

Another nice thing about MBI is that GEICO doesn’t care about mods. That, and I just learned that if you break your windshield its only a $50 deductible if you have the MBI. I now have it on my of my Jeeps.
I agree! I was just now reading on another forum, looks like this is a common issue. I think the bump stop is rubbing on the spring, and other people were reporting the same thing. I ordered the RK spring pad correction kit, so hopefully that will fix it.
I am running EVO’s 2.5 Overland Enforcer Lift with 3/4 daystar spacers and falcon shocks. I hear a “clunking” or grinding type sound occasionally when there is some type of angular momentum put on the front suspension. (If that makes any sense) It sounds like it is coming from the front...

Thanks!
I love this bed rack. I couldn't be happier! The way it mounts to the trail rail system, it will only take a few minutes to remove. I will be installing an RTT here in the next couple of days. Max Modular hands down is probably one of the best companies that I have done business with. Their...
Do you have the mopar lift? I live in Texas also, and my boat is around the same weight as yours. My drive to the lake is about an hour and mostly flat roads. Do you think it is fine towing that distance? I hear a lot of people saying to stay under 5k lbs despite the 7k rating.
Thanks,
Chris
