I know the capacity of our tanks are 22 gallons. When I run my fuel down to indicated empty, fuel light on, I can only get 17 to 18 gallons in. Is my gauge that inaccurate, or is that intentional by Jeep?

I had the color cluster in my 2020 Overland. I now have a 2023 Sport S Max Tow with a black and white cluster. Can I swap the black and white cluster with a color one? I just got my recall on the cluster and if I could upgrade to color that would be the time to do it. Thanks Bob
