Rear "Parcel Shelf" Storage System.

I came across this picture while looking for rear seat delete ideas. It appears to be from an individual or company that uses the tag Fox Trail Adventures but I can't find where this was ever more than a one off item for their own build. Does anyone know of a similar product before I make one?
