Nifty but not $230 nifty.

I betcha I can engineer something for a fraction of the cost using a folding table, some paracord, a couple 1/2" lags and duct tape.

2x4 and 1/4” plywood would do the trick. Fold the seats down and pattern off that for a full shelf.
