AC will not work unless on Max AC. When turned to regular AC, very warm to hot air blows out of the vents, even when set at 65 deg, any help would be appreciated.

I have 728 miles on my JT and was headed home today and heard a plastic rubbing. Pulled over and both of my inner fenders were destroyed. They got sucked right down into the tire. Any advise?
