update, I spoke too soon.. on the way to work this morning after posting, I got another flashing CEL. they think it is just time for a tune up. its getting done right now. i want no part of taking my intake off in my driveway in windy temps in the 20's. today I am paying for convenience!

they scanned it. it was a cylinder#1 misfire... this was the only time it has happened. if it happens again, they will investigate. I'm getting close to needing spark plugs, they said it might also be a coil pack.

why not get a bed rack? I have the elevate rack, and it is the best option for me to keep using a tonneau cover. If you don't run a tonneau cover you have many other options for bed racks.

final update... it took three times, but they got it done! The second time they did the work, the paint matched great... on the entire tub, doors, fenders, windsheild and cowel pieces... but they did not paint the hood. I just got it back from them doing the hood again and made it right.
