  1. Mountain bike hauling

If you don’t mind taking the front wheels off, I’ve put four mountain bikes in the back of the bed when camping …. But I prefer over the bed, so much easier. Here are three mountain bikes and two dirt jumpers fitting comfortably
  2. Taking mine in before I hit 36K miles

I'm camping in Lake George right now... any details on the trails? where is the trail head? what are the easier routes so i can drive the camper back home tomorrow?
  3. Retractable Bed Cover with full length T-Slots/Tracks?

I'm also looking for a rolling tonneau with the t slots, but right now we are out of luck. Hopefully something comes out soon. I already have the Yakima Overhaul HD, but the tonneau brackets are still back ordered, so I have time to wait for the tonneau. I just hope I find something by...
  4. Any reviews of Vanguard Retractable covers

Are you the one that showed the install of the yakima rack on the roll n lock? I saw that thread after I posted my last response. seems like a nice cover. I wish the t slots went to the front of the bed. I am real close to settling with the bak revolver and elevate rack. both are fine, but...
  5. Any reviews of Vanguard Retractable covers

Are you happy with the roll n lock? I don't think the yakima tonneau kits for the rack is available for a bit, so i have more time to think about a tonneau with the yakima rack.
  6. installed MOPAR Trailer Brake Controller on 2020 JTR... no backup camera, settings all changed on head unit

i did not order the adapters... my $10 amazon mirrors worked fine for the drive home after the purchase, so i will give them a shot before spending $75. If they suck, then I will get the adapters. I am psyched to use the new camper... it is a big change from pop up life. My friends we are...
  7. installed MOPAR Trailer Brake Controller on 2020 JTR... no backup camera, settings all changed on head unit

Thanks everyone! When I got back from the game, my head unit was up to date and the brake controller lit up when I started the jeep. When I got home and plugged in the trailer, the knob lit up and when I pressed the brake pedal, the light changed from green to red. It looks like everything...
  8. installed MOPAR Trailer Brake Controller on 2020 JTR... no backup camera, settings all changed on head unit

Thanks everyone. I’m now on a bus to coach a hs lacrosse game. Hopefully it’s back to normal by then. I just need everything to work Friday afternoon when we go camping. on the bus, I googled the issue, sounds like this happens on the uconnect units for dodge too.
  9. installed MOPAR Trailer Brake Controller on 2020 JTR... no backup camera, settings all changed on head unit

I’ll give it some time to connect. When I call back, I feel like I can ask what happens during the reflash…. If it is just uploads the data for my profile then I can wait. Does the truck need to be running for it to update?
  10. installed MOPAR Trailer Brake Controller on 2020 JTR... no backup camera, settings all changed on head unit

Dang, I hope this is the case. The guy at the dealership just said o have to pay an hour labor to get it reflashed

Well... shit. I just installed the mopar trailer brake controller so i can pull my new camper Friday. the install was as expected, but now I have an issue. I did remove the battery negative during the install. My Uconnect screen seems to be reset. There is a tsb for early 2020 models, but...

Yup Our first trip is Memorial Day weekend! The truck and trailer is completely empty, so I'm still not sure if I will need to lower the height of the hitch ball.
  13. Putting 2022 Mojave wheels, tires & sensors on my 2020 Rubicon... what do i need to do for tpms sensors to work?

if you have the old sensors, i was checking out an old thread and there were links to sensors on amazon that are in stock. I am at Town Fair Tire right now getting mine switched from one set of wheels to the other. they said $125 for the switch.
  14. Putting 2022 Mojave wheels, tires & sensors on my 2020 Rubicon... what do i need to do for tpms sensors to work?

i picked up the wheels and tires yesterday... now I need to get the sensors switched out. I spoke with a tire shop... they said it could it could either be easy or the old sensors won't work with the new wheels... Will the 2020 sensors unscrew and be able to be reinstalled on the 2022 wheels...

  17. Putting 2022 Mojave wheels, tires & sensors on my 2020 Rubicon... what do i need to do for tpms sensors to work?

good point. I will see what is cheaper... switching the sensors on the wheels or getting new ones. The new sensors might make it easier to sell the rubi wheels to someone with a newer sport. perfect, thanks for this info! it has been harder than I though to search google for the specific...
