I am going to purchase some 2022 Mojave wheels, tires and sensors for my 2020 Rubicon... I have a few quick questions:
1) Are the sensors compatible between years?
2) Is there anything special I need to do to make the sensors work? do i need to go to the dealer to re-flash something, etc...
I have heard that the amazon ones hold water... they don't drain at the bases like the yakima.
I found a used Overhaul hd on the fb marketplace for the same price as the cheap one.
If you are in MA, I am too. I might be selling it and picking up the elevate rack. Just like everyone else in...
Thanks everyone for the feedback. Let me try to reply in one post so i don't clutter the thread... this might work!
I figure the weight will add up quick. i love the idea of an overland type camper, but with my family... that is not in the cards for a while.
Trust me, the thought has crossed...
My wife wants to get rid of the popup for a travel trailer. We have two kids, 10&12 and a 50 lb dog. We are not really worried about tons of interior space, it is mostly needed for sleeping and using the bathroom in the middle of the night. Our group of friends all have travel trailers...
this certainly seems like the cleanest way to mount a rack and hard rolling cover. i already have an overhaul hd i picked up used. i am ordering the bak revolver asap, i just need to decide if i wait for the yakima kits to come in stock and deal with the wierd fitment on the rack or sell the...
The one I have been using has an L shaped bracket that rotates on one half of the car and then to the other half.
My gut feeling is that it will be fine, I am looking to see if anyone else has done it before. As you would expect they have a bunch of warnings that only stock vehicles should...
What are people's thoughts on running a JT with a rack through the touch less car washes where jets of soap and water are sprayed on the vehicle?
I recently installed a Yakima Overhaul HD on my Jeep. I'd like to continue using the touch-less car wash if it won't be a problem
Thanks, I appreciate it! I agree about the hood! while it does block glare, it looks pretty sweet while driving so i had to take a pic of it!
Now, $75/hr to install the decals, wow! But then again, if they mess it up, they are on the hook for mew decals.
thanks! At some point, i might try to re-order the vents and give it another go... I could get it to fit way better now. But there are plenty of other things to spend money on these days.
Yes, the red was not just a pin stripe decal, it was full size (in my case) red decal and then the topo...
Nice, it's cool that they are finally re-releasing it (as long as no one around me gets one!), its a rare color around me. I lucked out and found mine used a couple of months ago.
Thanks! Gobi is by far the best color! I'd love to see the digi camo. Especially with grey or black wheels.
The J is a little jacked up, but I was planning on replacing them so I wasn't careful.
Thanks!
i moved it over here https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/gobi-jtr-w-matte-topo-w-rubi-red-hood-vents-tailgate-wrap-and-soon-custom-heritage-jeep-logos-i-need-to-get-cut.56295/
Cool. A better vinyl guy might have been able to heat it up enough to get around that edge. After my mistake with the camera and heat, i didn;t want to risk needing a new center topo piece! I am a rookie, but I wouldn't hesitate to help someone on the install, i felt pretty confident by the...
Originally, I posted this in exterior mods... but this is really better here... so i deleted that thread.
Copying and pasting the pics from that thread to this caused problems. I re-linked the pics from imagur, i think they are all there. a few get re posted and i can't delete them. sorry...
