  1. First time ducked in two decades of driving Jeeps! Made my day!!!!!

Somebody in Texas please get yoda13 a duck!!! Or let me know and I will send you one of the ones I just got! Ducked by mail! šŸ˜„
  2. First time ducked in two decades of driving Jeeps! Made my day!!!!!

I bought my first Jeep in 2003 and have driven one ever since, yet I have never been ducked . . . until today! The timing was perfect. I had a crappy night last night and was feeling a little low this morning, and I have to say this little duck made my day! (I may or may not have teared up a...
  3. Miss my jruck

The last non-Jeep I had was an early 2000s Honda Civic that basically šŸ’© the bed around 15k miles. Problem after problem that, while under warranty, was a colossal pain in the butt. Traded it in for a TJ and haven't looked back. While I've had a ton of problems with my Jeeps over the years (had...
  4. What are the "MUST HAVE" mods after buying your Gladiator? ($5,000 starting budget)

Not a mod but an add-on that is 100% worth it if you have to park outside is the WeatherTech Sun Shade full vehicle kit. I've had them for close to two years and they definitely keep the interior a little cooler. And their customer service has been great. I had an issue develop with the front...
  5. Look a Bronco going off road like to hear your thoughts

Probably made the same mistake I almost made the first time I drove on the beach: not letting enough air out of the tires. If I hadn't been told that I never would have thought to do it. But get to ~18 PSI and you are good to go.
  6. Very curious about the typical forum member - why all the modifications?

My reasoning may be a little different: after driving Jeeps for over 20 years every other vehicle I've driven, no matter how well laid out, feels claustrophobic to me. The boxiness of the area around the driver's seat is, to me, as freeing as having the top off. (And that is why I prefer the...
  7. Roof leak in back

Same here. Took a couple of months for me (because of a part delay and a few attempts to reseal) but the new glass has been in for seven weeks, it has rained A LOT, and I havenā€™t had any leaks, either. For those new to or still dealing with this issue, hopefully new glass takes care of it for...
  8. Roof leak in back

Glass was replaced one week ago. We had a lot of rain the last few days and the inside has stayed dry. I'll update if anything changes, but so far it looks like glass replacement fixes the leak! Best of luck to anyone still dealing with this!
  9. Roof leak in back

Glass replaced today. It rained pretty hard a little while ago. Went out and checked and everything was dry! Iā€™ll keep an eye on it after the next few storms but so far so good! :like::rain::rock:
  10. Roof leak in back

Agreed 100%. The only reason I noticed is because I have a rear sunshade and when I went to remove it one day I noticed it was soaked. At first I thought it was coming from the slider window but when I looked closer I saw water all along the top of the rear glass on the inside of the vehicle...
  11. An all aluminum Modular Rack System!

I was scrolling through this a little too quickly and my brain combined the first two lines into "Light Beer Mounts.":LOL::beer:
  12. Roof leak in back

5/19 build date on mine. Interested to see if we all fall in a certain short/limited range.
  13. Roof leak in back

You are much more patient than me! :) Hope they get you taken care of soon. The part where you said they replaced the top and that one leaked, too, is a bit worrisome to me. I've wondered for awhile if the problem is not just the glass but the seam on the hardtop where the vertical part of the...
  14. Roof leak in back

***EDIT*** This was supposed to be quoting the above post by robinja but I posted from my phone and obviously messed it up! :CWL: ***EDIT*** Iā€™ve had my rear window resealed three times (third time was simply to try and buy time for the glass to get here). The rear glass ETA has moved from 8/13...
  15. Roof leak in back

Yeah, thatā€™s how Iā€™m leaning. I trust the people at the service department I take it to, I realize this is largely out of their control, and I know theyā€™ll eventually get it right. But then there is the whole water-leaking-into-the-back thing I need to deal with in the interim . . . :rain::LOL:
  16. Roof leak in back

Well, ETA on rear glass just moved from 8/13 to 9/1. I'm pretty patient when it comes to dealing with service but one month from the order date to replace glass and repair a leak (after two attempted repairs that both failed in the previous months) is unacceptable. And that's assuming it...
  17. Roof leak in back

I don't know why I waited so long to search the forums about this, but count me as member of the leaking-rear-windshield club. Already had it resealed twice and it's still leaking. Rear glass replacement up next. The glass isn't due here until next Thursday, so I'll update after it is replaced...
  18. Bedrug for Jeep Gladiator - available now and more (update)

I emailed Bedrug again in January and was told the full kit would be available at the end of January. I decided not to post on here because of their horrible track record with release dates that prove to be totally fictional. When February rolled around I just gave up contacting them because...
  19. Your Jeep JEEP PICKUP

I received the following email from the Jeep Wave program yesterday. Figured I'd share in case anyone needed a laugh or was curious about the Jeep Wave benefits that come with your Jeep JEEP PICKUP. :CWL:
