Ok, so obviously not perfect or permanent but this was a random attachment that came with one of our car seats and itll do the trick until I figure out something more permanent. Second picture is fuzzy, i blame the beer.
You didn't state money was a factor. If the Rubicon will make you smile as you walk towards it after work and the Overland wouldn't, you have your answer.
Has anyone installed a lower grab handle for their little mosters to help them get in? I realize the webbing isnt designed for this, but one on the outside web might be perfect.
Good questions. It will stay stock. I also won't be doing any crawling or overlanding. Just a city dad with 2 and 5 year old girls (and a short wife). Its main job is to get me back and forth to work and be able to haul stuff for projects.
Looking for suggestions on a set of kid friendly step bars. I have a 2 year old that wants to get in and out on her own. I like the looks of the nfab epyx. I dont think the styles with just a little tread over the tube will be enough surface area. Appreciate your thoughts.
I had the service axle locker system message pop up yesterday. It comes up after a couple miles of driving. Seems this was a a JL issue as well. Appointment next week to get it checked out.
This is more of a curiosity thing. My truck has auto down windows for the front 2 and its marked on the switch. Many trucks don't have auto written on the switches, I even found my prespec'd trucks twin and it did not have auto on the switches. I can't find anything about it being an option...
Stock rubicon rock rails. Honestly not real sure on price as these I believe are $950 from Jeep. If interested send me a message and we can discuss price.
First Jeep. Traded a 16 f150. Very happy but feel i should have been told I needed to work on my wave muscles. This truck makes me smile more than any other I've owned.
