The shifter mechanism was the first thing they swapped out the first time it happened. That was not it. Then they said they replaced the trans but it really never felt right. I will post all the vague paperwork a little later so you can see what I am dealing with. Thank for the awesome reply!!!

I start in 1st, it will only stay in 2nd when it under load or I have to downshift.

OK, I slid under the Jeep and looked at the transmission, the bolts do look like they have been turned. I did mark it anyway. I put some photo on this post. What do you all think??

You know what??!! I really did want to go there. I am taking it to a different dealership, is there a way they can check and see if it’s the original transmission? Like is the vin number on it somewhere? If that’s the case I’ll be pissed and relieved at the same time.
